April 4th - 8th (Week 9)

Monday 4th

You´ll talk about What did you eat the last weekend?. We´ll talk about food and your eating experiences. We´ll check the Unit 10 WB correct answers (Lesson 1).

Tuesday 5th

You´ll write positive and negative sentences about Food. You´ll make groups of 3 and you´ll organize a party where you say what you need, what you need to buy, what you don´t need, etc,.

Wednesday 6th

You´ll work at the Lab answering 15 squares.

Thursday 7th

I´ll explain the grammar on page 87. You´ll write How many, How much you need for the party you´re organizing.

Friday 8th

You´ll publish all exercises done.

March 28 - April 1st (Week 8)

Monday 28th

Starting Unit 10. I´ll play the CD, exercise A on page 84. You´ll make a pictionary to publish it in your blogs by Friday, April 1st. Then we´ll check the VOCABULARY BOOSTER page V6 and V7. Finally you´ll answer the LISTENING COMPREHENSION on page 84. We´ll check the correct answers. HW: You´ll check the grammar part on page 84.

Tuesday 29th You´ll write a list of different fruit and vegetables. You´ll classify your list in Likes and Dislikes, too. After that you´ll make comments about your likes and dislikes. Finally you´ll listen to the VOCABULARY on page 85.

HW: You´ll answer Unit 10 WB Lesson 1.

Wednesday 30th

You´ll work in the lab, Level 2 exercise 4.

Thursday 31st

We´ll check the correct WB answers. Then I´ll play the CD to listen to the VOCABULARY on page 86. After this you´ll talk about your favorite drinks and foods. You´ll explain why you like or don´t like some drinks and foods.

Friday, April 1st

I´ll explain the grammar on page 86. You´ll classify foods and drinks in non-count and count nouns on your notebooks. After that we´ll check if is correct.

HW: Publish the pictionary in your blog.

March 21-25 (Week 7)

Monday 21st
We´re not going to have classes.

Tuesday 22nd
I´ll play the CD to listen to the conversation "Make a polite phone call". Then you´ll practice it with a partner changing this information with your own.
I´ll explain the Time expressions on page 80 and then after that the grammar part: The present continuous.
Finally you´ll answer exercise C on page 80. Then we´ll check the correct answers.

Wednesday 23rd
I´ll play the CD, the conversation "Discuss plans". Then you´ll discuss your own plans with a partner. After that you´ll answer an exercise (unit 9 review).
You´ll ask me if necessary.

Thursday 24th
You´ll have the unit 9 quiz. You´ll have to finish unit 9 WB.

Friday 25th
Starting Unit 10!
I´ll play the CD exercise A on page 84. You´ll make a pictionary to publish it in your blogs by Monday 28th. Then we´ll check the VOCABULARY BOOSTER page V6 and V7.
Finally you´ll answer the LISTENING COMPREHENSION on page 84. Then we´ll check the correct answers.

Monday 14th
I will play the CD and you will answer exercise G on page 79.
In pairs you´ll practice the conversation "Make a polite phone call". You´re going to talk about what are you doing.



Tuesday 15th
You will have a unit 9 vocabulary quiz. You´ll have an oral test, too. Then you´re going to talk about things you´re doing.



Wednesday 16th
You will work at the lab doing 15 squares (Level 1, Topic 4).



Thursday 17th
I´ll explain the vocabulary (time expressions). You will write about your activities, plans to publish them in your blogs on Friday 18th.
HW: You will answer Unit 9 WB (Lesson 2).



Friday 18th
You will publish your plans in your blogs.
HW: Answer Unit 9 WB (Lesson 3).

March 7 - 11 (Week 5)

Monday 7th
We´ll have a vocabulary review.
The students will play BINGO to practice Unit 2 vocabulary. The teacher will check the answers.

Tuesday 8th

The students will have a vocabulary dictation (exercise). The students will self-evaluate. They´ll spell the words and the teacher will check their pronunciation, too.

Wednesday 9th

The students must work at the lab (answering 15 squares).

Thursday 10th

The teacher will explain the grammar on page 78 (The present continuous: information questions). The students will make questions about What are Patty and Mike doing?. They´ll write the answer on their notebooks.

Friday 11th

We´ll check the pronunciation exercise (C page 78). The students will mime an activity as a team and the other students will guess. The teacher will explain the grammar on page 79: The present participle: spelling rules. Then the students will answer exercise F on page 79.

HW: the students will answer WB Lesson 1.
